Q: What if I want to use my RV?

You absolutely can! Whenever your unit is available, you just contact us to book out your unit with 48 hours notice and we'll make sure it's ready for you. The only blackout dates where we require all units to be available for rent is the August long weekend.

Q: How often are payments sent?

Payments are sent monthly. The amount is calculated based on return date of a unit. i.e. an RV is rented from July 28th to August 2nd then the payment will be calculated for August.

Q: Is off-season storage available?

Yes, we offer discounted rates for storage in the off season for all consignees.

Q: Is there a minimum contract?

Contracts are on a season-by-season basis.

Q: Do I need to carry insurance on the RV?

ICBC offers insurance needed for your RV. We require all owners to carry a $300 deductible.

Q: Are Pets allowed in the RVs?

It's your choice and whether your RV will be pet friendly or not. Pet friendly RVs can get more rentals. We only allow dogs and no other pets.
