RV Rental Administrator
Are you a people person with a passion for the great outdoors? Do you love camping and sharing that excitement with others? We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized RV Rental Administrator to join our team for the 2025 rental season! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a keen interest in RVs and outdoor adventures, and values providing exceptional customer service.
Seasonal Position: Mid-April to the end of September (possibly end of October).
Location: In-person, office located in Kelowna (off Sexsmith).
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (days of the week vary).
Pay: Starting at $23/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adventure Preparation: Ensure our RVs are ready for their next adventure by cleaning and preparing them for rental.
- Customer Connections: Handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and make sure every rental experience is unforgettable.
- Rental Logistics: Manage the smooth operation of rental pickups and drop-offs, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- RV Demonstrations: Give customers the grand tour of our RVs, showcasing all the amazing features and amenities.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of rentals and customer interactions, helping us improve our services.
Requirements:
- People Skills: You're a natural communicator with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility: Able to work varied shifts, including weekends, because adventure doesn't stop on Fridays!
