RV Rental Administrator

RVR Kelowna is seeking a FT employee starting end of March for the rental season (until the end of September with PT work potentially in October) - Office hours 9am to 5pm

The position requires an organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys meeting local and international people and preparing them for their RV experience.

Job Description:

  • Preparation and cleaning of RVs for rentals
  • Responsible for rental pick up and drop offs
  • Customer demonstrations/walk-arounds
  • Handle rental inquiries (calls, emails, in-person)

Starting wage is $23/hr.

Notes:
The position will require some weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts throughout the season.


Previous RV knowledge and experience isn’t required but an interest in learning about RVs is highly recommended

 

Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

Salary: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed

Senior RV Rental Administrator

The position requires an organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys meeting local and international people and preparing them for their RV experience. Is also able to keep meticulous records and notes to ensure work and issues are well documented.

Job Description:

  • Preparation and cleaning of RVs for rentals
  • Responsible for rental pick up and drop offs
  • Customer demonstrations/walk-arounds
  • Handle rental inquiries (calls, emails, in-person)
  • Manage social media presence
  • Review and refine processes and procedures
  • Ensure adequate staffing for work load
  • Record keeping and logs
  • Basic dispute or complaint resolution

Starting wage is $28/hr.

Notes:
The position will require some weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts throughout the season based on pickup/dropoff times of rentals.

At least some RV knowledge and experience is recommended
