General FAQs
Motorhome rentals include 150km per night. For exceeding the total kilometres on a trip additional charges of $0.42/km will be incurred. Additional kilometre packages are available as an add-on prior to leaving on your trip.
Travel trailer rentals include unlimited kilometres.
All rentals and add-ons will be charged Federal sales tax (5% GST) and Provincial sales tax (7% PST).
Insurance costs are exempt from taxes.
Units may be viewed by appointment and based on availability. During the high season, most units are rented and aren't available for viewing. You can also see our photo galleries to see our units.

Pick up times are 1pm to 4pm.
Dropoff times are 9am to 11am.
Early pickup (10am) and late dropoff (2pm) is available for an additional charge. You can choose your time during booking.
If you wish for an early pick-up please contact us at least 48 hours prior to departure. Early pick-ups are subject to an additional charge.
Note: Pick-ups the night before are subject to an additional nights rental and subject to availability.

Yes, we offer a free airport service. Alternatively, we may send a taxi service to pick you up at no cost to you. Just send us your flight details and number of people in your party and we'll arrange for your pickup.
We would love for you to include your complete family when you travel.
At this time we have one Dog-Friendly motorhome available. See details.
Drivers must be 25 years or older to operate the RVs with a value license issued by your own country.
Travel FAQs
Yes, rental RVs may travel to the lower 48 states.
Travel to Alaska is subject to approval and will carry an additional surcharge for Northern Travel.
No travel to Mexico due to insurance limitations.
Backcountry dirt or gravel roads including forest service roads are prohibited.
The only exception is the southern dirt road portion accessing Mabel Lake Provincial Campground. Due to the additional wear and tear on the RVs there is a $50 surcharge for traveling this section.
Dirt/Gravel roads within the boundaries of a campground are allowed.
At this time we allow renters to take RVs to any festival as long as the grounds are accessible by paved road.
A $300 festival surcharge fee will be charged.
Roads at most festival grounds are rough dirt or gravel roads. While this is allowed, we remind renters that they are responsible for any and all damages sustained during their rental.
Yes, we offer free parking on our fenced and secured lot during your rental.
No, a normal valid drivers license issued by your country is sufficient.
None of our rental units requires air brakes or any other special training.
Camping Gear FAQs

The sleeping pads that come with your camping package are "self-inflating" sleeping pads. You do not use a pump or blow into them.
To inflate, simply lay out the pads, open the valves and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Once inflated, close the valves and you're ready to go.
The camping gear packages has all the essentials for your trip. All you need is clothes, water, food, ice and a destination.
Some guests may want to supplement the gear package with the following:
- Additional food storage containers for leftovers
- Ziplock bags
- Lawn and/or board games
- Tabletop BBQ (available for rent)
No, you need to supply your own ice or cold packs.
