Keep your RV or boat at RVR Kelowna’s outdoor storage lot on Sexsmith Road. Our fenced property, locked gate and privacy screening provide a dedicated place to store between trips or through the off-season.
Monthly RV & boat storage rates
The same monthly rates apply to RVs and boats on trailers. Choose your size using the total length your unit occupies in storage.

Measure the full stored length. For RVs, include the hitch or trailer tongue, rear bumper, spare tire and any racks or other extensions. For boats, include the trailer tongue, motor and swim platform.
For example, a trailer that measures 31 feet overall falls in the over 30 to 35 feet category, even if its model is described as 27 feet.
Access to the storage lot
We control access to the property to help limit unnecessary traffic through the lot. 24/7 access is not available.

Storage requirements
Insurance
All RVs must carry valid insurance throughout the storage period. Please contact us to confirm the required coverage before arranging storage.
Condition of your RV or boat
All RVs and boats must be well maintained and in good condition. RVR Kelowna reserves the right to decline an RV or boat that we deem to be in poor condition.
